The Smart Reco module was developed in order to personalize the shopper experience on an individual scale. Like the Last call module, it allows you to communicate one last time with the shopper, as close as possible to the ordering process: just before the validation of the shopping cart.

By clicking on their shopping cart, each shopper receives product recommendations that they can add to their basket in one click. The selection is specially concocted for him based on the analysis of his buying habits and behavior.

The module uses both transactional and behavioral data. Thus, the selection is specific to each shopper and dynamic: it takes into account the contents of the basket in order not to suggest products that would already be there.

The Smart Reco solution makes it possible to increase the size of the average basket through product recommendations, as well as to improve the shopping experience of each shopper, who feels understood and considered on an individual scale. In the end, this customer satisfaction makes it possible to improve brand loyalty and preference.
