Franprix decided to use Promogaming® again in order to increase customer loyalty among its loyalty-card-holding customers: at each visit to the checkout, the food shop chain provided a novel buying experience right up to the moment of the game itself.

Solution

To meet the retailer’s needs, Lucky Cart provided a complete and all-inclusive Promogaming® campaign across 766 participating stores, offering loyalty-card-holding customers a 1 in 20 chance of winning the reimbursement of their shopping from 15 to 26 June 2016.
